For now, every pipyaka is adopted by message. Write to us wherever it is handiest for you, and we will sort out the rest together.

Send the link or name of the toy and the country it should travel to. The buttons on every toy page fill that in for you.

We confirm the toy is still waiting, then agree on delivery, the final price and a way to pay that suits you.

Pipyaka goes home
Once paid, your pipyaka is packed within 1 to 3 days and sent with tracking.
Delivery
We deliver to many countries around the world, including Lithuania, Belarus, the CIS countries, Georgia, Armenia, Japan, China and more. It's best to check about your country when you get in touch, and we will do everything we can to get your Pipyaka to you.
Parcels leave from either Vilnius or Minsk, depending on the country: parcels for Lithuania, for example, are sent from Vilnius. Some Pipyakas live in Vilnius and some in Minsk, so if yours is not in the city the parcel leaves from, he will first need to travel there, which adds some time.
Pipyakas are packed in sealed bags and placed in a box with care instructions, so they reach you safe and sound. Sending a gift? Festive packaging is available for an extra fee: just tell us who it's for and what the occasion is.
Prices
The price on a toy page is for the toy itself; delivery is charged separately. The carrier and its price are agreed in our conversation, so you can pick what suits you best. Please note that prices in BYN and EUR are exact, while prices in other currencies are approximate: we will confirm the exact amount by message before you pay.
Returns
- You have 30 days from receiving your order to write to us if something is wrong with it and to ask for a refund. A pipyaka can only be returned unworn, in the same condition you received it.
- If everything with the order was fine, return postage is paid by the customer; if something went wrong through our fault, we pay for it.
- Arrived damaged? Send us a photo. We will repair it, replace it where possible, or refund the price of the toy.
